Katrina Davis, director of communications and culture at Civic Engineers, said: “UKREiiF is unique in bringing so many changemakers together to share how we can all have a positive impact on the environment and help to make people’s lives happier and healthier. As the climate crisis and societal challenges intensify, it’s vital that we create better places for the future, and much of that begins with meaningful connections and conversations.”

“We’ve supported UKREiiF for years, and it keeps growing. On the doorstep of our Leeds studio, it’s also a fantastic opportunity for us to celebrate the structures, spaces and places in the city that are best in class and the great people behind them.”

A spokesperson from Earl Kendrick said: “Earl Kendrick are delighted to be taking part in UKREiiF 2025.  It’s a hugely valuable event that brings industry specialists together to explore regulation changes, innovations, and the challenges shaping the built environment.

As this event continues to grow, we’re proud to be part of the movement driving meaningful conversations and solutions.

“After hosting a successful roundtable in 2024, we’re excited to contribute to a stimulating and thought-provoking panel discussion in 2025.

“UKREiiF provides an invaluable platform for collaboration, and we look forward to being part of the forward-thinking discussions that define the future of our industry.”

Michael Sadler, Partner and Head of Construction and Real Estate at Browne Jacobson, said: “We’re thrilled to once again partner with UKREiiF – once again, in the North: a region bursting with potential from the local to international stages. The government’s new legislative and financial agenda brings about a whole host of exciting opportunities for housebuilders, funders, local authorities and more. We’re looking forward to playing our part in the coming together of public and private sectors to start the groundwork on the next generation of sustainable development.”

Laura Hughes, Partner and Head of Public Law at Browne Jacobson, said: “Devolution is a key plank of the new Governments agenda for England and UKREiiF will allow new or aspiring combined authorities to showcase themselves and their regions to investors and major developers; as well as meet and hear from their counterparts and experts in this space. We at Browne Jacobson have worked on several combined authorities including leading on the UKs first Combined County Authority and we’re excited to see the next phase of England’s devolution journey unfold.”

Simon Kanter, Partner, and Head of Real Estate at Fladgate, commented: “UKREiiF is a flagship event on the UK property calendar, bringing together industry experts and policymakers to expose the challenges and opportunities in the built environment sector. Next year’s event will no doubt provide an invaluable platform for the industry’s major players to again collaborate and share ideas.

“In particular, the rapidly evolving build-to-rent sector, has a vital role to play in addressing the UK’s housing shortage but has been impacted by the exodus of privatelandlords from the market in recent months and the rising cost of construction. By facilitating in-depth discussions between public and private stakeholders on the sector’s potential to accelerate the delivery of high-quality housing, UKREiiF can help to spur the sector’s continued growth and offer a forum for the kind of cross-industry partnership, which will prove essential if the BTR sector is to meet the shifting demands of modern renters.”

A spokesperson from Norfolk & Suffolk Unlimited, said: “UKREiiF 2024 provided us with an amazing opportunity to showcase our region, explore collaboration opportunities and to gauge developer and investor interest. Following our panel discussion in 2024 with representatives from some of the most exciting commercial opportunities in Norfolk and Suffolk, we are thrilled to be returning for UKREiiF 2025 and invite you to engage with us in the next stage of our journey.”

Huw Edwards, Executive Director, Stations, at HS2 Ltd said: “UKREiiF is the perfect platform for HS2 Ltd to highlight the once-in-a-lifetime transformational benefits around our HS2 stations in the West Midlands and in London.

“With countless more opportunities in the pipeline, the combination of policymakers, planners and investors in attendance are perfectly placed to come together to discuss and maximise the positive impact the UK’s biggest infrastructure scheme will have on the neighbourhoods it touches.”

Liz Male, founder and managing director at Liz Male Consulting, said: “We work with changemakers. So, with its focus on new ideas and the people investing in the future of the built environment, UKREiiF is the perfect show for us to attend.

“But nobody wants more talk about the need for change – the need for better diversity, or reduced carbon, or better building safety. What we all want are examples of how to make this happen. Things we can all replicate with ease. We’ll be hosting a panel where we’ll be sharing these stories – what’s working now and what we can learn from things that have been tried so far.”

“Our event is being designed to help everyone walk away with at least five actions that inspire them and to help them go back to their organisation and implement meaningful change.”

Martin Knight, Founding Director at Knight Architects, says: “We’ve been really impressed with the quality and breadth of the UKREiiF audience over the past couple of years. It really is the place to learn from and meet with upstream built environment stakeholders. That’s why we’ve taken the decision to become a 2025 partner. As the UK’s leading bridge and infrastructure designer, we see the event as a pivotal opportunity to share ideas and affect real change in the way transport infrastructure is valued, across climate, commercial and social metrics.”

Nathan Spencer, Managing Director at UKREiiF, said: “We are thrilled to welcome such a diverse and influential group of partners to this year’s forum. Their commitment to participating underscores the significance of UKREiiF as a platform for driving meaningful conversations and forging partnerships that will shape the future of the UK’s real estate and infrastructure sectors. With the impressive lineup of speakers and content sessions, attendees can look forward to an event that not only highlights current trends and challenges but also explores innovative solutions and opportunities across the industry.”

UKREiiF is supported by some of the biggest UK property and infrastructure companies, the fourth annual event will be held in Leeds on 20-22 May 2025. The forum will attract inward investment, generate economic growth, and drive a more sustainable and inclusive culture within the property and construction industries.
