International Delegation

Each year, UKREiiF collaborates closely with the Department for Business and Trade, a partnership that has successfully attracted hundreds of international investors, alongside domestic attendees. Looking out to 2025, The Department for Business and Trade will feature within the UK Government Pavilion, where they will host exclusive VIP events and more.

In 2024, the Department for Business and Trade brought a delegation of investors from across Asia, including China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Singapore, to participate in UKREiiF exclusive Facilitation Sessions, an investor breakfast with the former Minister for Investment, Lord Dominic Johnson and other discussions, meetings, and networking opportunities with other UKREiiF delegates. Additionally, we welcomed a diverse array of international cities and region, some attending UKREiiF for the first time, including the State of Illinois, New York Economic Development Corporation, Choose Paris, Business Iceland, and the Municipality of Genoa.

Success Stories

Since our inaugural event in 2022, UKREiiF has facilitated numerous investment success stories from our attendees. From hundreds of millions of pounds in land sales to thousands of new homes planned and agreed across the country, one standout example is the £100 million+ investment secured for Torbay, where we played a pivotal role by strategically structuring and promoting multiple sites across the region, making them highly attractive to investors and effectively connecting the local council with key developers.

Investor & Developer Facilitation

At UKREiiF, we host exclusive events for the towns, cities, and regions that support the conference, allowing local authorities to invite select investors, developers, and end-users for in-depth discussions on potential partnerships and opportunities. Through these private sessions, we’ve facilitated hundreds of meetings between local authorities, investors, developers and land owners complementing the broader events and networking opportunities we offer across the entire site.
