UKREiiF connects people, places and businesses to drive sustainable, inclusive and transformative investment and regeneration. While we collaborate with the UK’s largest cities and regions, we are equally committed to amplifying the voices of smaller local authorities, ensuring their opportunities are showcased and shared.

We utilise many tools such as including facilitation sessions where we connect investors, developers and end-users directly with local authorities to foster meaningful discussions and partnerships, paving the way for fresh investment and transformative regeneration in their regions.

In addition to our dedicated facilitation sessions, we design each event programme around the industry’s most pressing and relevant topics. By tailoring this content to encourage meaningful dialogue between investors, developers, end-users, and local authorities, we aim to drive new investment opportunities and secure transformative deals across the UK.

Our 2025 event is already shaping up to be incredible, with a robust programme packed full of engaging discussions and dynamic activities designed to spark those meaningful conversations.

For instance, UKREiiF 2025 kicks off with our highly anticipated Investor Breakfast. This exclusive annual meeting brings together international delegates, UK government representatives, domestic developers, investors, and city regions to explore strategic opportunities and forge powerful partnerships across the UK.

Further into the first day, Lendlease are set to host an exciting panel discussion on Foreign Direct Investments (FDI), showcasing opportunities and insights. Lord Richard Harrington, Author of the Government Review into Foreign Direct Investment, Elle Xu, Head of Acquisitions at Lendlease and more to be announced, will take a deep dive into the UK’s reliance on FDI and other funding solutions, answering questions such as, what is the UK getting right? Where can it improve? And what strategies are being deployed by neighbours in Europe?

Delancey returns to UKREiiF on day 2 to host their UK government and investors lunch, where a selected number of investors and industry leaders meet to discuss capital deployment within regeneration and development projects

On the Thursday, a panel discussion will take a deep dive into defining and delivering investor confidence and what this looks like. Since 2016, politicians of all stripes have talked about creating a positive climate for investment but with the political and social turbulence of the past decade, has a recipe been perfected? A group of experts including, Cecile Retaureau, Head of Private Markets at Pheonix Group and Joanne Roney CBE, Managing Director at Birmingham City Council, will share their views on what the markets are saying and what they’d like to see in the coming decade.

Demands from clients across the UK for new emerging assets, such as Data Centres, AI and Gigafactories, Agri-Tech, Vertical Farms, Energy Generation and Energy Storage are growing and each have their own challenges, but what does this mean for investment and the built environment ecosystem? A group of experts including, Sarah Lightfoot, Head of Development at Root Power and Mark Wilson, Chief Executive at Intelligent Land Investments Group, will delve into this question, further into the third and final day at UKREiiF.

Meanwhile, people and businesses are increasingly reliant on modern, sustainable ways to connect themselves with the world and Ports tick many boxes. A panel discussion will take a deep dive into how Ports are regenerating, developing and innovating in order to meet the net zero demands and goals of their users, with representatives from Connected Places Catapult, Peel Ports Group and Associated British Ports.

The UKREiiF team is working behind the scenes to ensure these discussions spark meaningful conversations and drive real, impactful outcomes.
