Its central hub in London is complemented by offices in Manchester and Leeds, strategically positioned to serve the North of England.

The firm has secured a spot in The UKREiiF exhibition hall where over 10,000 developers, investors, occupiers and local authorities will visit over the course of the three days, in hopes to build their commercially rewarding relationships.

Speaking of their involvement, Leigh Dimelow as Principal Director, Head of North at tp bennett said: “UKREiiF has become an important part of the annual events calendar as a platform for collaborating with industry partners, sharing knowledge and engaging in meaningful conversations. Following the success of our partnership with UKREiiF last year, we’re pleased to be returning to the event and to be holding a stand presence to show what tp bennett is all about. Our interactive stand last year was well received by visitors and we look forward to creating something equally as exciting to encourage industry-wide collaboration.”

Nathan Spencer, Director at UKREiiF, said: “We’re thrilled to announce that tp bennett will be joining us at the third annual UKREiiF event. Their presence adds significant value, bringing forth their expertise in architecture, interiors, and sustainability to our audience. We look forward to the innovative insights and contributions they will offer, contributing to the vibrant exchange of ideas and fostering collaborations within the real estate and infrastructure industries.”

Led by the UK’s leading property events company Built Environment Networking and supported by some of the biggest UK property and infrastructure companies, the third annual UKREiiF event will be held in Leeds on 21-23 May 2024. The forum will attract inward investment, generate economic growth, and drive a more sustainable and inclusive culture within the property and construction industries.
