The project, set to be completed in three phases, will also include a 2,000 square foot rooftop terrace and a 3,500 square foot commercial unit intended for future amenity space.Sustainability is a key focus of the community’s design, featuring a low carbon energy strategy and other eco-friendly initiatives. Residents will benefit from direct access to a large adjacent park, providing ample green space and family-friendly facilities. The location near Dartford station and the high street makes it ideal for commuters to London and nearby employment hubs.This acquisition marks a step forward for Starlight’s European residential asset management platform, launched last year with a focus on the UK BTR market.
