Commercial: North West Soller Developments submits plans for PBSA scheme September 9th, 2024 Deividas Krupstas Soller has submitted plans to Manchester City Council to develop a new PBSA (purpose built student accommodation) scheme in the city. The project aims to create 20 student flats with the ground floor being utilised for commercial space.Plans outline their desire to redevelop a former Barclays Bank where Oxford Road and Grosvenor Street connect. The building hasn’t been in use for almost 10 years.
