Housing & Residential: National Sirius Real Estate Raises £150 Million to Boost Property Acquisitions July 11th, 2024 Mya Driver Sirius Real Estate has announced the successful raising of £150 million to support its property acquisition strategy.The company revealed that it would issue shares at 94p, a slight discount to the closing price on Wednesday. Additionally, Sirius Real Estate is conducting a retail offer of stock via the PrimaryBid platform, which could generate an extra £2.5 million.Chief executive, Andrew Coombs commented, “The success of the fundraiser is a strong endorsement of our ambitious growth strategy and operational track record.”He continued, “That we have been able to raise further capital so soon after both our equity raise in November, from which all proceeds have now been successfully invested, and our approximately €60m bond tap in May, demonstrates the continued appeal amongst investors of our strategy, platform, and carefully assembled portfolio.”The newly raised funds will be directed towards acquiring properties in Germany and the UK.
