The SCAPE Group has announced that it will once again be taking over, on-site coffee shop North Star and hosting the Public Sector stage at The UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF), taking place between 20 and 22 May in Leeds.

Wholly owned by six local authority shareholders, the SCAPE Group comprises of six companies committed to delivering value for money for the public and private sectors, for the public good.

Its services range from compliant performance-managed frameworks, innovative design solutions, bespoke property management services, to digital solutions for construction waste, all dedicated to creating spaces and places that leave a sustainable legacy within the community to create a world everyone deserves. 

Since 2006, SCAPE has accelerated over 12,000 projects across the UK through its frameworks and currently operates with a buying power of £18bn.

In August, SCAPE achieved Gold Standard Verification through Constructing Excellence, becoming one of the UK’s first public sector framework providers to have its frameworks verified, in line with Central Government’s requirements in the Construction Playbook.
