Salford City Council has approved plans for a new 108,553 sq. ft. logistics and industrial development named Halo West, submitted by Peel Waters. The site, located off Liverpool Road in Eccles, Salford, will transform a former waste recycling facility into a well-connected employment hub.

The development, designed by Peel Waters in collaboration with AEW, Langton Development Services, and WSP, will be divided into eight units ranging from 4,338 sq. ft. to 39,460 sq. ft. This will provide a variety of industrial and logistics spaces to attract diverse businesses. The site aims to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating, reflecting its high sustainability standards.
