Sable Capital has made its latest purchase in London, acquiring a residential development in Hackney Wick for £250 million. The deal, finalised on 27 June 2024, was funded through Sable’s UK Build-to-Rent (BTR) fund. This acquisition follows the firm’s initial investment in Nine Elms, furthering their strategy to expand their presence in London’s rental market. Developed by O’Shea Group and Galliard Homes, the Hackney Wick project aims to cater to the growing demand for high-quality rental housing in the city.
