Runway East has signed a 15 year agreement on circa 22,000 sq. ft. workspace Corinthian House, seconds from Tottenham Court Road Station in London’s West End and their second with landlord, K&K Properties.

“Corinthian House is an iconic building opposite Centre Point in Tottenham Court Road” shares Natasha Guerra, founder of Runway East, “ just seconds from the entrance to the West End’s best connected tube station and the Elizabeth Line – it will be the most central flexible workspace in London. We’re starting 2026 on the right foot, it is a sign of things to come for us as we continue to grow across London and the UK.”

Corinthian House, opposite Centre Point, is a Grade II listed former department store built in 1929 by Harry Wilson, chief architect for Burton’s Department stores The corner site will be transformed to provide private offices for 2 to 30 people, along with over 20 meeting rooms and phone booths, and a roof terrace. Natasha explains, “We’re evolving our product in anticipation of changing occupier demand, offering sub 1,000 sqft offices with their own meeting rooms – a segment which is currently under served, but we believe is the next growth area within the industry.”

This latest opening cements Runway East’s dominance in the West End, creating a central hub with Bloomsbury, Wardour Street, Soho and Covent Garden sites all within 10 minutes walk of each other.

“Demand for flexible offices in London is growing, recent research shows us it will take up 20% of the office market by 2030” shares Kino Law from K&K Properties, “To sign a second 15-year agreement with Runway East just months after our Covent Garden deal is a testament to the strength of this partnership and the operator’s market performance. Runway East’s track record, and shared passion for innovation in the office sector, are why we’re excited to welcome them into this landmark building”
