RTPI & RICS

The Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) are excited to announce their continued involvement with The UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF), which is set to take place between 20-22 May 2025, in Leeds. 

The Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) is an international professional body for town planners with over  27,000 members  in 88 countries. The RTPI is responsible for maintaining  professional standards  and accrediting  world class planning courses  both in the UK and internationally and has offices in London, Edinburgh, and Cardiff. The Institute has been shaping planning policy and raising professional standards for over 100 years and is the only body in the UK to confer Chartered status to planners, the highest professional qualification.  

The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) is a globally recognised professional organisation committed to promoting and enforcing the highest standards in the development and management of land, real estate, construction, and infrastructure. Its mission is to drive positive change in the built and natural environments. RICS achieves this through its respected global standards, which ensure professionalism and consistency across the industry, and by supporting professional progression with certifications, training, and development opportunities. 

Both organisations have collaboratively secured a prominent presence at UKREiiF, featuring a dedicated space for members and stakeholders throughout the three-day event. This prime location will serve as a hub for hosting their own discussions, panels, interactive activities, and networking sessions, providing unique opportunities to engage with key stakeholders and industry leaders.
