The UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) has announced that Regeneration Brainery will be the official charity partner for the second year running for the annual event taking place between 20th-22nd May 2025, in Leeds.

Regeneration Brainery is an award-winning social mobility programme for brilliant young minds. Set up in 2017, the not-for-profit works with thousands of young people across the UK every year. So far, Regeneration Brainery has travelled to London, Manchester, Bristol, Leeds, Liverpool, Birmingham, Sheffield, and Stoke-on-Trent.

Its unique approach focuses on boosting diversity by giving young people from underrepresented backgrounds a taste of the various careers in property and regeneration through a mix of week-long immersive ‘Brainery Bootcamps’; networking and mentoring opportunities, where young people get access to leading industry experts who have carved out inspirational careers; and by creating access to work experience placements, internships and apprenticeships.

Speaking of their involvement, Chief Executive Michele Steel said: “Being UKREiiF’s charity partner in 2024 was a phenomenal experience – to be the charity partner again in 2025 is a real privilege and testament to the hard graft that our Brainees, Ambassadors and Partners put in last year in creating some brilliant discussions and networking moments, as well as UKREiiF’s commitment to supporting the next generation of talent and really diversifying their event”.

Nathan Spencer, Managing Director at UKREiiF, said: “We are incredibly proud to partner with Regeneration Brainery as our official charity for UKREiiF 2025. Their commitment to nurturing the next generation of talent in the property and regeneration sectors aligns perfectly with our own mission to drive sustainable growth and innovation across the UK. By supporting Regeneration Brainery, we hope to inspire and empower more young people to explore and pursue careers in these vital industries, ensuring a more diverse and inclusive future workforce.”

UKREiiF is supported by some of the biggest UK property and infrastructure companies, the fourth annual event will be held in Leeds on 20-22 May 2025. The forum will attract inward investment, generate economic growth, and drive a more sustainable and inclusive culture within the property and construction industries.
