Persimmon Homes Expands in the West Midlands

Persimmon Homes, one of the UK’s leading housebuilders, has announced an ambitious plan to construct an additional 1,200 homes across the West Midlands region. Over the past six months, Persimmon Homes has received planning approval for multiple sites in key locations throughout the West Midlands, including Lichfield, Kenilworth, Redditch, Sandwell, and Burton on Trent. The company has also acquired land for new developments in Dunchurch and Bedworth, with an additional site in Wednesbury slated for acquisition later this month.

This facility produces timber frames, insulated wall panels, and roof cassettes for up to 9,500 homes annually, supporting the company’s commitment to sustainable, high-quality home construction.
