Panattoni has completed the freehold sale of its Poyle 80 logistics facility near Heathrow to Davies Turner, a leading UK logistics and freight forwarding group. The disposal follows Panattoni’s speculative development of the 80,000 sq ft last-mile, net zero carbon warehouse, located in a prime logistics hub close to Junction 14 of the M25 and Heathrow’s cargo terminals.

Poyle 80 is an 80,000 sq ft modern last-mile logistics unit delivered as a net zero carbon building and designed to BREEAM Excellent and EPC A standards. Situated on Horton Road in Poyle, the facility offers direct access to the M25 and rapid connectivity to Heathrow Airport’s passenger and cargo operations, as well as the wider London consumer market.

The buyer, Davies Turner, is a long-established UK-based logistics and freight forwarding provider with global multimodal operations. Securing the freehold of Poyle 80 provides the company with a rare, ultra-urban hub in the Heathrow area, supporting time-critical airfreight, e-commerce and distribution activities in one of the UK’s most supply-constrained logistics markets.

For Panattoni, the sale marks the successful realisation of value from a speculative development within its broader South East UK logistics investment programme, initiated in 2023 to target value-add development and rental growth opportunities. The completion and disposal of this high-specification, net zero carbon asset in a key Heathrow location underscores Panattoni’s strategy of delivering institutional-grade logistics facilities and crystallising returns through selected disposals and occupier transactions.
