Leading UK procurement specialist Pagabo has further solidified its longstanding relationship with the team behind The UK’s Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) by becoming the newly established Strategic Growth Partner for next year’s event.

The new position has been born from the two organisations’ shared focus on enabling both community and economic growth by building connections between the public and private sectors – delivering positive, place-based outcomes across the UK. Under the new partnership, Pagabo and UKREiiF will work closely to ensure that every challenge and solution is heard to truly deliver on realising the ambitions of every stakeholder involved in development.

Having supported UKREiiF since the first instalment of the event in 2022, Pagabo’s role as Strategic Growth Partner will elevate its involvement in what is now the built environment’s biggest annual UK conference. Using the power of procurement to help unlock investment, regeneration opportunities and social value generation, Pagabo will be leveraging its extensive network of public sector clients and specialist suppliers to bring value to the exclusive partnership.

Simon Toplass, CEO at Pagabo Group, said: “Since 2022, the foundation of our relationship with UKREiiF has been collaboration and mutual understanding, which has been driving both our efforts to increase community and economic growth.

“Our team will be working more closely than ever before with the team at UKREiiF in the build up to and during next year’s event so that our connections and insights can help to ensure generational change in the planning and delivery of regional development. From combined authority leaders to NHS directors and supply chain leaders, we want key decision makers to have their seat at the right tables and be strengthening existing relationships or starting new ones that will mean transformational projects are not just a pipe dream.”

In the run up to the hotly anticipated return of UKREiiF to Leeds in May 2026, Pagabo and the UKREiiF team will be working together to create growth themed content for the event next year. The partnership will also see both organisations hosting strategic meetings with local leaders to discuss their objectives for sustainable growth, exploring how UKREiiF and Pagabo can help these be realised.

Matt Christie, director of external relations and event programme at UKREiiF, said: “As people may expect, we are firmly focused on making UKREiiF 2026 even bigger and better. We see Pagabo as a key part of this plan and the Strategic Growth Partner role will allow our mutual strengths to be combined and achieve greater impact. To date, the foundation of our work with Pagabo has been collaboration – which is symbolic of the opportunities that we plan to unlock for others through partnerships that will enable widespread sustainable, inclusive and transformative development.

“Enabling projects doesn’t simply start and stop within the three-day conference programme. It’s exciting to work with Pagabo to keep conversations moving across the course of the year as they continually demonstrate a loyal commitment to the places they get involved.”

UKREiiF returns to the Royal Armouries Museum and New Dock in Leeds between 19 and 21 May 2026. For more details about the event, visit https://2026.ukreiif.com
