Manchester and Opportunity London have secured a dedicated space at The UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF), which is set to take place between 20-22 May 2025, in Leeds.

Manchester will be represented by The Manchester Invest Partnership which is headed up by Manchester City Council, Greater Manchester Combined Authority and co-ordinated by Marketing Manchester. They will join forces with regional growth organisation, Opportunity London at the event for a third year in a row.

The Manchester Invest Partnership brings together Greater Manchester’s local authorities and private sector partners to present a strong vision for the future. By highlighting the region’s wealth of ready-made investment opportunities and sharing joint ambitions for growth, The Manchester Invest Partnership helps to position Manchester as a leading global destination for investment and a leader in English devolution. Leaders from Manchester City Council and Greater Manchester Combined Authority will lead the delegation in hopes of forming new, long-term partnerships.

Opportunity London is a public-private partnership that promotes sustainable investment in real estate, regeneration, and green infrastructure across London’s boroughs. It aims to attract international capital by highlighting London’s potential for generating strong environmental, social, and commercial returns. Opportunity London offers insights into economic development strategies and investment opportunities throughout the city, showcasing top current projects and connecting investors with key leaders and organisations driving these changes.

Both organisations will play host to the Canary Bar area on the UKREiiF site, where they will have ample space and time to welcome the Manchester and Opportunity London delegations, allowing them to meet potential regional investors and future business partners.
