The plan not only aims to honour the area’s historical essence but also to introduce forward-thinking opportunities for digital engagement, environmental sustainability, and community inclusiveness. The development framework for Holt Town is currently in the drafting stage, with public consultations expected to take place later this year. This initiative represents a significant step towards enhancing Manchester’s urban fabric, driving sustainable growth, and fostering a sense of community within this newly envisaged town.
