Lichfields has confirmed its involvement with The UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) Annual Event which takes place between 21-23 May 2024 in Leeds.

Lichfields will host a fringe event and have a large team on hand throughout. UKREiiF is anticipated to draw more than 10,000 attendees, including developers, investors, occupiers, and local authorities, who will come together over the three-day period. Lichfields’ involvement ensures a dynamic and influential planning and development presence in this key forum for real estate and infrastructure stakeholders.

Lichfields Chief Executive James Fennell commented: “Lichfields is delighted to extend its support to UKREiiF at next year’s Annual Event. We are excited to be part of a dynamic fringe programme, at what is fast becoming the premier event of its kind in the UK. It’s a great investment for our business.”

Keith Griffiths, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of UKREiiF, said: “We’re delighted to announce Lichfields’ involvement with the UKREiiF for a second year in a row! This presents an invaluable opportunity for Lichfields to not only exhibit their best practices in a relaxed, fun environment after the doors close at the conference, but also to further expand their already impressive client list.”

Led by the UK’s leading property events company Built Environment Networking and supported by some of the biggest UK property and infrastructure companies, the third annual UKREiiF event will be held in Leeds on 21-23 May 2024. The forum will attract inward investment, generate economic growth, and drive a more sustainable and inclusive culture within the property and construction industries.
