At the inaugural UKREiiF event in Leeds between 17-19 May 2022, JLL will be the Future of Real Estate Pavilion Sponsor

Major international real estate service provider JLL has thrown its weight behind the inaugural UK’s Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) event, to be held in Leeds between 17-19 May 2022, by agreeing to sponsor the UKREiiF Future of Real Estate Pavilion.

JLL is a global commercial real estate services company, founded in the United Kingdom with offices in 80 countries that provides investment management services worldwide including services to institutional and retail investors.

Stephanie Hyde, Chief Executive JLL UK, explained: “At JLL we shape the future of real estate for a better world. As a global company, we have an inherent responsibility to drive sustainability and corporate social responsibility efforts. We collaborate with our clients to shape growth opportunities, transform through technology, and build strong communities.

“What UKREiiF is working towards aligns with JLL’s ambitions, and we look forward to sponsoring the UKREiiF Future of Real Estate Pavilion.”

Hyde elaborated: “Sustainability and the challenge to reach net zero carbon by 2030 is something that everyone at JLL is driven by. UKREiiF’s focus on sustainability, with its adherence to the ISO20121 Sustainable Events standard and its location in the UK – reducing the need for international air travel – is a vision that we are proud to support.”

UKREiiF founder and driving force Keith Griffiths, added: “JLL is one of the biggest names in real estate across the world. Having JLL become one of UKREiiF’s major sponsors is an incredible step forward, and a real vote of confidence for what my team at Built Environment Networking has been working so hard to achieve with UKREiiF.

“UKREiiF is a 24/7, 365 days a year project that provides a new way for the real estate, investment and infrastructure sectors to work together – driving deals and supporting growth as we emerge from COVID. I am delighted JLL has signed up, and look forward to announcing more news in the weeks ahead.”

Led by property events company Built Environment Networking and supported by some of the biggest UK property and infrastructure companies, the first annual UKREiiF event will be held in Leeds on 17-19 May 2022. The forum will attract inward investment, generate economic growth and drive a more sustainable and inclusive culture within the property and construction industries.
