Indurent has acquired a forward-funded portfolio of three industrial and logistics development sites in the UK, totaling approximately 471,000 sq ft of Grade A space. The portfolio will be delivered in phases by Graftongate, with completions scheduled between October 2026 and May 2027.

The developments include a 90,000 sq ft unit in Walsall, West Midlands, targeted for completion in autumn 2026; a 199,000 sq ft unit in Knowsley, Merseyside, expected to complete in Q1 2027; and 12 units totaling 182,000 sq ft in Byfleet, Greater London, scheduled for summer 2027.

All buildings are designed to meet high environmental standards, including BREEAM Excellent and EPC A/A+, reflecting Indurent’s commitment to sustainability.

The transaction aligns with Indurent’s strategy to expand its UK industrial and logistics portfolio through forward funding of modern, environmentally conscious schemes in strategic regional and urban locations.
