The latest phase of a Gloucester masterplan are likely to be approved next week.

The entire scheme is expected to consist of approx 1,300 properties and 20.5 acres of land for commercial use.

The area for development is north of Innsworth Lane.

Plans also include a primary school, open space, landscaping, parking and supporting infrastructure and utilities.

There is also an affordable element to the scheme.

The application is set to go before Tewkesbury Borough Council on 21 February with a recommendation for approval.
