Home REIT PLC announced the sale of 133 properties at auction, generating £11.4 million.

The sales represent 3.7% of Home REIT’s portfolio and were concluded at 7.8% below the draft valuations from August 2023. To date, Home REIT has sold 774 properties and exchanged contracts on an additional 205. Proceeds from these sales will be used to reduce borrowings and provide working capital for the company
