Home REIT has finalised the sale of 101 properties, generating £18.5 million in gross proceeds. The properties were sold at public auctions on 29 August, representing 6.6% of the trust’s portfolio value as assessed in the August 2023 draft valuation by JLL. The sale price reflects a 4.8% premium on the previous year’s draft valuation.

In the past year, Home REIT has successfully completed the sale of 987 properties and exchanged on an additional 315, with total gross proceeds reaching £181.2 million.
