The UK’s Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) is set to host a session titled “Discover Harlow: From New Town to Garden Town” on Thursday, 23rd May, from 09:15 to 10:15, at the Cinema Stage, Royal Armouries, Leeds. Sponsored by Harlow Council, the session will discuss Harlow’s transition to a garden town and its implications for growth and investment.

The panel includes Cllr Dan Swords, Leader of Harlow Council; Naisha Polaine, Director of Harlow and Gilston Garden Town; Jackie Sadek, Chair of the UK Innovation Corridor; and Pram Nayak, Investment Director at Hill Group. They will outline Harlow’s strategic vision and the opportunities arising from its development into a garden town.

The session aims to inform investors, developers, urban planners, and interested parties about the investment and development prospects in Harlow. It will focus on the collaborative planning and efforts to promote Harlow to become one of the fastest growing areas in the country in the coming decades with 44% growth in housing.
