Cleveland Gate Retail and Business Park in Guisborough has been put on the market for over £10.5 million. The park, which hosts well-known brands and local businesses, is attracting interest from both national and international property investment firms.

The park comprises nearly 40,000 square feet of retail space and 25,000 square feet of business space, along with parking facilities for around 200 vehicles. Situated just minutes from Guisborough town centre, the site was developed by Ryedale Estates and is being marketed by Dacres Commercial and Jackson & Partners.

Since its opening in 2017, Cleveland Gate has secured tenants such as M&S Foodhall, B&M, Frank’s Flooring, Domino’s Pizza, and Hollyhocks Cafe, alongside 11 hybrid and light industrial units. The site generates an annual rent of over £820,000.

Potential buyers have the option to purchase the entire site for £10.5 million or split it, with the retail park priced at £7.5 million and the industrial estate at £3 million.
