Great Yarmouth Borough Council has announced an initiative to find a master developer to partner with for a significant regeneration project at North Quay. This ambitious scheme aims to revitalise the area and bolster local economic growth.

The council has secured substantial funding for the project, including £20 million from the Government’s Levelling Up Fund and an additional £5.1 million from the Town Deal and local council funds.
