Everlast Gyms+ has agreed a lease for a new 28,000 sq ft health and fitness club at Trafford Palazzo in TraffordCity, Greater Manchester, with the opening scheduled for early 2026. The new site will serve as a major next-generation fitness destination within one of the North West’s leading retail and leisure environments.

The gym will occupy a large two-level unit at Trafford Palazzo, extending Everlast Gyms+’ footprint in a high-profile location adjacent to the Trafford Centre. The facility is designed to deliver an extensive training offer, featuring expansive functional and group training zones supported by a full range of Nautilus equipment, including cardio, pin and plate-loaded machines, and free weights.

Members will also benefit from additional wellness-focused amenities. A Myprotein Kitchen is planned as part of the layout, providing coffees, smoothies and snacks to support pre- and post-workout routines and complement Trafford Palazzo’s wider health and lifestyle offer.

The letting strengthens Trafford Palazzo’s evolving position as a key destination for retail, sport and wellbeing in the North West. Everlast Gyms+ will join a mix of established leisure and activity-led brands, contributing to the centre’s strategy of enhancing its family, fitness and experiential offer ahead of major nearby developments such as Therme Manchester.

Fit-out work is set to begin shortly, with the club expected to open to members in early 2026.
