The proposal covers an 11.5‑acre site at Lakes Business Park, located on the edge of Brackmills Industrial Estate and offering immediate access to the A45 and Junction 15 of the M1 within the Golden Triangle logistics corridor.

The plans set out a scheme comprising three industrial and logistics units positioned to create a prominent addition to Northampton’s established distribution market. The project has an estimated gross development value of £51m.
