Eden Sustainable has confirmed its involvement with The UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF). The UKREiiF event is in partnership with Pagabo and is set to take place between 21-23 May 2024, in Leeds.

Eden Sustainable is a specialist in commercial solar and electric vehicle infrastructure solutions. Their expertise lies in developing, funding, constructing, and operating solar photovoltaic systems for various sectors, including commercial, industrial, logistics, healthcare, and education for multi-nationals, public sector and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). With a leadership team boasting over a century of combined experience in renewable energy and property, they are dedicated to advancing investor-grade sustainability projects, particularly focused on solar PV, as part of the broader effort to combat climate change.

Eden Sustainable is part of a wider group of sustainability-focused organisations, including econetiQ a specialist EV charging operator and developer, and The Pickwell Foundation, a trust which supports charities in the UK working with displaced people and with those addressing the climate emergency.

Eden Sustainable has secured a prime spot in The UKREiiF exhibition hall, where over 10,000 developers, investors, occupiers, and local authorities will visit over the three days.

Speaking of their involvement, Steve Baker, Chairman and Co-founder of Eden Sustainable comments: “I am really excited that we will be exhibiting at UKREiiF 2024. Our team has attended as delegates for the previous two years, so we know how successful the event is. We look forward to engaging with decision makers from across the property spectrum, including developers, landlords, occupiers, and investors, especially at this critical time as organisations strive to navigate net zero targets and seek long-term energy security solutions.”

Keith Griffiths, Chief Executive Officer, and Founder of UKREiiF, said: “We’re thrilled to have Eden Sustainable on board with UKREiiF. Their presence is a tremendous opportunity to highlight the crucial role of renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure in the real estate and infrastructure sectors. Their expertise in developing and operating solar PV systems perfectly aligns with our goals of promoting innovative, environmentally friendly solutions within these industries. Their participation adds immense value to our event, enabling attendees to explore cutting-edge sustainable practices and contribute to a greener, more sustainable future.”

Led by the UK’s leading property events company Built Environment Networking and supported by some of the biggest UK property and infrastructure companies, the third annual UKREiiF event will be held in Leeds on 21-23 May 2024. The forum will attract inward investment, generate economic growth, and drive a more sustainable and inclusive culture within the property and construction industries.
