Countrylarge has secured a £3.6 million loan from OakNorth Bank to develop a new aparthotel in central Harrogate. The financing will support the creation of a 17-key, 25-bedroom aparthotel in the heart of the town, designed to enhance Harrogate’s hospitality offerings.

The aparthotel will increase accommodation options and attract new hospitality investment to Harrogate’s town centre. The project forms part of Countrylarge’s broader commitment to contributing to the regional economy through sustainable property development and regeneration.
