Real estate investment, development and management company, Cortland, have officially confirmed their Pavilion partnership at next year’s UKREiiF event, due to take place between 16 – 18 May in Leeds. Cortland will be represented by its development and investment, build to rent and consulting arms.

Founded in Atlanta in 2005, Cortland focused on developing communities and renovating existing multifamily neighbourhoods – all with a vision to challenge the conventions of the traditional multifamily industry through better living spaces and experiences.

Since then, Cortland has become a global, fully integrated multifamily investment, development, and management firm, committed to delivering resident-centric, hospitality-driven apartment living experiences. Through their integrated business model, enterprising team, and commitment to placing the resident at the centre of their business decisions, they’re setting a new experience standard for the BTR industry – one community at a time. They are one of the largest multifamily firms in the US and a “Top Property Management Brand” for online reputation (Reputation.com, 2022).

Iain Murray, Senior Director, representing Cortland Consult, said: “We’re excited to be a key partner at UKREiiF and are looking forward to spending time with the rest of industry sharing ideas, showcasing our capability and discussing trends.”

Keith Griffiths, Chief Executive Officer of UKREiiF added, “We’re thrilled to have Cortland as one of our pavilion partners. UKREiiF will give Cortland a platform to deliver high level discussions and showcase their focus on social value and sustainability to a mix of developers, investors, occupiers and more.”

Led by the UK’s leading property events company Built Environment Networking and supported by some of the biggest UK property and infrastructure companies, the second annual UKREiiF event will be held in Leeds on 16-18 May 2023. The forum will attract inward investment, generate economic growth, and drive a more sustainable and inclusive culture within the property and construction industries.
