This is Centurion’s first property in London and expands its UK portfolio to six cities.Centurion plans to develop a purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) project on the site, providing approximately 225 beds in a 14-storey tower called Euston One, featuring studio units and en suite cluster rooms. Adjacent to this, Euston Two will be refurbished into around 1,090 square meters of office space. The development is strategically located in central London’s Zone 1, within a 10-minute walk of University College London’s Bloomsbury campus and other major educational institutions, addressing a significant shortage of student accommodation in the city. The acquisition was completed through a joint venture with US-based Landmark Properties, with Centurion holding a 99% equity stake. This follows the recent listing of Centurion Accommodation REIT on the Singapore Exchange and aligns with the group’s strategy to invest in living accommodation assets that enhance portfolio quality and deliver stable income. The project will be developed under Centurion’s Epiisod student housing brand and is expected to strengthen Centurion’s position in the global student accommodation market.
