The UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) has announced that British Land have secured the Boulevard Studio space at the annual event taking place between 20th-22nd May 2025, in Leeds.

Leading property company British Land has a portfolio of high-quality UK commercial property, focused on London Campuses and Retail & London Urban Logistics assets throughout the UK. British Land own and manage a portfolio valued at £13.0bn (British Land share: £8.9bn) as of 31 March 2023 making them one of Europe’s largest listed real estate investment companies.

The Boulevard Studio space will allow British Land a base for the three days to host their own activities, panels, discussions and meetings at a prime spot at the event.
