Birmingham City Council is the latest name to sign up for The UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF), which is set to take place 16-18 May, in Leeds.

Fresh from hosting the most successful Commonwealth Games ever, Birmingham City Council is looking forward with a sense of optimism to a golden decade of shared opportunity in a Bolder, Better Birmingham.

Leader of the Council, Cllr Ian Ward, said: “By attending UKREiiF we want to bring our unique story and level of ambition to what we know will be a keen and eager audience.

The Birmingham Commonwealth Games showcased a city transformed and revitalised, so we are better placed than ever before to engage and work with partners to deliver new homes, jobs and opportunities.

There has never been a better time to promote the city as a destination for investment and UKREiiF is an excellent platform to achieve that.”

Birmingham City Council has secured a spot in the UKREiiF exhibition hall, where for three days, they will showcase their city and surrounding region to investors, developers, end-users and other local authorities.

Keith Griffiths, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of UKREiiF said: “We’re thrilled to have Birmingham City Council’s representation at the event for a second year in a row! Their continued support is truly great.

“Birmingham has shaped itself to be a place of real growth and a fulfilling city to live and work in! We look forward to giving Birmingham City Council the opportunity to connect with potential partners, and to let UKREiiF delegates know all the great plans and opportunities that sit within the city.”

Led by the UK’s leading property events company Built Environment Networking and supported by some of the biggest UK property and infrastructure companies, the second annual UKREiiF event will be held in Leeds on 16-18 May 2023. The forum will attract inward investment, generate economic growth, and drive a more sustainable and inclusive culture within the property and construction industries.
