FUTURE OF REAL ESTATE PAVILION As one of UKREiiF’s longest-standing supporters and sponsors, JLL has consistently demonstrated its commitment to the event. In previous years, JLL hosted a dedicated pavilion themed The Future of Real Estate, which served as a dynamic hub of activity. The pavilion featured a rich programme of inspirational speeches, keynote presentations, panel discussions, and interactive workshops. These sessions brought together leading voices from across the property sector, including developers, investors, local authorities, and government representatives, to explore the evolving landscape of real estate. THE ROLE OF TECH IN ACHIEVING NET ZERO The Government’s 2050 Net Zero Target isn’t achievable without the construction, real estate and property industry making major changes in the way we plan, build, develop and manage. One of the key strands of our forum will be on sustainable and the net zero agenda, and whilst look at how PropTech, FinTech, Data and other innovative solutions and products can help our industry tackle our carbon emissions, which makes up a large percentage of the UK’s emissions. THE PITCH @ UKREiiF In 2024 we hosted out own ‘Dragons Den’ style event, where start-ups, which tackle key challenges like the net zero agenda, share their solutions to a panel of ‘Dragons’. Those shortlisted presented at UKREiiF whilst also receiving a free pop-up station and tickets to enable them to showcase their products to the industry.
