When and where is UKREiiF 2025?

UKREiiF will take place across three days in Leeds City Centre at the Royal Armouries and New Dock:

Getting to the venue

By Sustainable Shuttle Bus (from Neville Street, Leeds to UKREiiF) – We’ve partnered with First Bus to offer a sustainable and stress-free shuttle service to UKREiiF. Hop on our dedicated shuttle, running regularly between Leeds Station and the event venue at Leeds Dock, an easy and eco-conscious way to get to us.

Here’s how to catch the UKREiiF Sustainable Shuttle Bus:

  • Exit Leeds Station via the South Entrance (located near platforms 16–17 on the upper floor).
  • Take the escalators or lift down to street level.
  • Cross Unity Bridge onto Little Neville Street.
  • Head to Station F Bus Stop, directly opposite the Hilton Hotel.
  • The shuttle will drop you just a short walk from Leeds Dock. Follow signage for nearest event entrance.

By train – The venue is located in close proximity to Leeds Train Station (0.8 miles) with an easy walking route through the city or options for a shuttle bus, taxi, bike hire or water taxi nearby. Direct services run to Leeds from all major cities and for more information you can click here for the National Rail website.

By car – There are numerous car parks across Leeds City Centre, however the closest is CitiPark at New Dock which is the most environmentally friendly multi-storey in the UK with over 1,600 spaces. You can pre-book your parking via the website.

Please be aware that the bookings allow one entry and one exit. Once the vehicle exits the car park, the booking will expire. the vehicle is unable to re-enter under the same booking.

The registration should be recognised as you approach the barriers, should the barrier fail to raise, a QR code will be created for each booking that can be scanned to access the car park.

By park and ride – there are three park and ride sites in Leeds, with Elland Road for trips from the south and west of Leeds, Temple Green if you’re coming from the north or east, and Stourton if travelling into the south or south west of the city. These provide an ideal alternative to finding city centre parking with buses running every 10-15 minutes

By water taxi (from Leeds Train Station) – Next to the train station there is a water taxi that will run frequently between there and the event venue, and back. Details of frequency and time will be shared here ahead of the event.

By bicycle – There will be opportunities to join the likes of Club Peloton on a ride to UKREiiF in addition to alternative options including travelling yourself. There is several bike sheds at the event to secure your bike.

By plane – The closest airport is Leeds Bradford Yorkshire’s Airport with frequent bus transport and taxi’s available from the airport to the city centre. Other airports in close proximity include Manchester Airport with a direct route from the Airport to Leeds train station.
