Appointed to deliver a major piece of research, to be published at the event, the survey will capture the views of over 10,000 delegates and support UKREiiF’s mission to provide valuable market insight to the built environment industry. Holistic Insight and Holistic, which form part of the Holistic Group, are specialists in real estate, delivering insights and strategic communications for businesses across the industry. UKREiiF is the UK’s leading real estate investment and infrastructure event, taking place between 19-21 May 2026, in Leeds. Attracting over 16,000 attendees, it connects people, places and businesses to drive sustainable, inclusive and transformative investment and regeneration. UKREiiF is proven to attract inward investment, generate economic growth, and drive a more sustainable and inclusive culture within the property and construction industries. James Bywood, Marketing Director at UKREiiF, said: “Last year’s research was incredibly well received, not least because it represented the largest sentiment survey of its kind. For 2026, we have once again commissioned Holistic Insight to conduct research, this time with more qualitative components, to bring valuable market insights. Strategic communications consultancy Holistic will run the PR campaign to ensure the insights reach the whole industry, informing conversations at the event and supporting progress within the built environment and infrastructure sectors.” Nathan Spencer, Managing Director at UKREiiF, said: “UKREiiF attracts the vast majority of decision makers from the private and public sectors, those driving regeneration and development. Their views, and those of the numerous professional consultants and advisors who collaborate with them, are key to driving the industry forward. With this research, we are exploring barriers to be overcome and opportunities that can be harnessed across 2026 and beyond. Partnering with an independent research and communications consultancy enables us to delve into current sentiment and provide data and thought leadership that is both actionable and impactful.” Sophie Eastwood, Managing Director of the Holistic Group, added: “For over two decades, we have been unearthing insights that help businesses in the real estate sector make informed business decisions and fuel growth. Undertaking this research at an industry-wide level enables us to tap into the views of investors, developers, public sector clients and all of the professional consultants and partners who support development and regeneration. We are delighted to be partnering with the UK’s largest built environment event for a second year running.” The 2025 research project was a finalist for Best Use of Research and Customer Insight at the Construction Marketing Awards in 2025. The research report will be launched and published at the event.
