Wolverhampton is on the brink of a transformative addition to its city centre, with the submission of plans for a new, multimillion-pound food and entertainment complex, aptly named Bell Works.

This development, positioned on the site of the now-demolished shops on Cleveland Street and incorporating the area of the soon-to-be-razed Neville Garratt Centre, promises to be a major attraction, drawing thousands annually to the heart of the city.

Funded through a mix of government and council investments, Bell Works forms a crucial part of a £22 million revitalisation plan for the city centre. Councillor Bhupinder Gakhal emphasises the project’s potential to generate invaluable job and business opportunities, reviving Wolverhampton’s historic connection to its industrial past.
