UK PropTech Association (UKPA) to Host the UK’s First Dedicated PropTech Hub at the UK’s Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) in 2024. 

This pioneering initiative marks a significant milestone in the integration of property and technology sectors, and comes after the recent merger with the UKPA and British Property Federation (BPF)

Nathan Spencer, Director at UKREiiF, stated, “We are thrilled to be the first to host such a dynamic showcase for the burgeoning PropTech industry. At UKREiiF, we pride ourselves on staying ahead of the curve, identifying emerging markets and providing them with a platform that truly reflects their potential. The addition of the PropTech Hub is a testament to our commitment to innovation and leadership in the real estate sector.”

The PropTech Hub, supported by the BPF and Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC), will feature a programme of events including presentations by government representatives, and fireside chatand case studies from UKPA members; Landmark Information Group, Demand Logic, Coyote, Infabode and RESustain,industry leaders such as Legal and General Investment Management, and BNP Property Management, plus large occupiers such as BT

Sammy Pahal, Managing Director at UKPA, added, “This is a significant opportunity for the PropTech sector to demonstrate its impact on the UK’s real estate market, showcasing how technology can drive productivity, enhance user experiences, and create new investment opportunities. Our presence at UKREiiF will highlight the transformative power of PropTech.”
