Savills has successfully facilitated the sale of the Dellner building on Wellington Road, Burton on Trent, Staffordshire. The property was acquired by a private investor for £2.9 million, reflecting an initial annual yield of 6.5%.

The facility, encompassing 32,365 sq ft with an additional 3,000 sq ft of two-storey office space, sits on a 1.91-acre plot. It offers amenities such as parking for 35 vehicles, two electric vehicle charging points, and direct access from Wellington Road.

Silentbloc UK holds a ten-year lease for the entire property, which began on June 1, 2020, with an annual rent of £200,000. Its strategic location near the A38 provides easy access to the Branston Junction and the national highway network. The area is also populated by renowned businesses including Wickes, B&Q, The Range, Unilever, and Holland & Barrett.
