Food, Drink & Facilities at UKREiiF 2026: What Delegates Need to Know

UKREiiF 2026 offers a full range of food, drink and on-site facilities to ensure delegates can work, meet and stay comfortable throughout the event.

Food & Beverage

Food is available all day from local vendors and pop-ups in the Lime Zone, with vegetarian, vegan and halal options included. Alcohol is served after 3pm across designated outlets.

Meeting Spaces & Quiet Areas

Delegates can use a variety of informal meeting points, indoor café stations and seating areas across the site. A dedicated quiet room is available on the 4th floor of the Royal Armouries.

Cloakroom

A staffed cloakroom is located on the ground floor of West Dock (Pink Zone). Space is limited, so delegates are encouraged to leave large items at their hotel.

Connectivity

Strong 5G coverage is available throughout the venue, alongside basic-functionality delegate Wi-Fi.

Toilets & Baby Change

Facilities are located across the Royal Armouries, New Dock Hall and at the Holiday Inn, including male, female, disabled and baby-change areas.

Prayer Room

A prayer room is available at the Holiday Inn, Level 1, Room 111.
